Allen is the Director of Operations at Charleston Realty & Investment Group. Allen began his real estate career in 2010, just after the housing market crash of 2008. Allen has seen many cycles in real estate trends over the years. After relocating to Charleston from Atlanta in 2020, Allen brought his real estate knowledge in sales and property management with him and was very excited to have the opportunity to use his real estate experience to service the Charleston community. Allen’s passion in real estate is Operations and coaching; ensuring everything runs smoothly for his team, customers and clients along with ALL of his real estate colleges throughout the local community. When Allen is not working, he is enjoying the much more laid back life of the LowCountry; enjoying the city's diverse culinary scene, visiting local farmers markets, and spending time with family and friends.
