Erin was born and raised here in Charleston SC. A true Charlestonian. Erin relocated and lived out West for a bit in her earlier days but she missed her home. When Erin was pregnant with her first child, she knew that she wanted to raise her family where she grew up…”I truly love Charleston and all it has to offer”. Erin spends much of her time exploring the outdoors, fishing, kayaking and perusing the many shops downtown. Sunsets on Shem Creek are the best. Erin decided to pursue real estate in 2019.
After receiving her real estate License, Erin closed a few transactions and decided that Real Estate sales was not for her. But, during this time, Erin discovered the need for Transaction Coordination. In 2020, Erin developed a love and passion for Transaction Management, providing a service along with assisting real estate agents in her community. “ I see myself doing what I love, in a city I love, for the real estate community I love, for a very long time”.
