Prior to serving as Chief Executive Officer for Charleston Realty & Investment Group, LLC and The TC Group, LLC, Gary owned a variety of successful businesses including a real estate company, data analytics company, transportation/logistics company, as well as a Chick-Fil-A franchise. Gary also had a success career with Coca Cola Bottling Company Consolidated (CCBCC) as a Senior Director of Food Service and On-Premise Sales for the South East Territory.
Gary began his real estate career in 2002. He became a top producer receiving numerous awards for outstanding sales performance. Gary also became a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. Gary previously served on the Agency Leadership Council as the Technology Committee Chairman and as the City-Wide Technology Committee Chairman.
While establishing and growing his real estate career, Gary recognized that his customers, clients and the industry appreciated the core values that his company was founded on – morals, values, integrity, and loyalty, as well as superior customer service. Gary also recognized that real estate, along with all customer service industries, is about relationships and community, and he continues to build upon these relationships to help home buyers, sellers, investors, property owners and tenants. In 2007, Gary founded a successful real estate brokerage firm adding divisions in residential sales, commercial sales, property management, leasing and rentals to its portfolio of services.
Gary and his wife Noreen moved to Charleston in 1994 from Providence, Rhode Island. They have two children, Caleb and Bella Rose. Gary and Noreen have enjoyed home schooling their children, and attending their sporting events, along with spending time with family and friends, enjoying water sports, the beaches, the lakes and mountains in Western North Carolina along with attending Seacoast Church in Mount Pleasant, SC.
