I’ll end with a personal note base on the relationship we built with Gary. We originally met Gary because our child was attending the College of Charleston as a freshman. As any parent knows, it’s tough to leave your child for the first time. Gary completely understood this and told us if our daughter ever needed anything while she was there, to reach out to him. This was not lip service as we literally dropped her off and about two weeks later there was a hurricane predicted to hit the area. I got on the phone with Gary and he was there to reassure us that he would help out however we needed and even offered to have our daughter stay with his family. That’s the kind of person he is.

My first impression was WOW, he was patient, kind and happy to explain the process of renting out a home in SC, as I am currently in NJ.
